Delivering orders for Smile Mall — accept a delivery, take the customer's confirmation code, and mark it delivered.
The confirmation code is central
As a driver you deliver orders to customers. The one thing to remember is the confirmation code: the customer reads it to you at handover, and entering it correctly is what marks the delivery complete and releases your payment.
The three things you do
Accept a delivery
Pick up the order and head to the customer's address.
Take the code
At handover, the customer reads you their delivery confirmation code.
Mark delivered
Enter the code to complete the delivery. That releases your payment for the trip.
Why the code protects you too
You are not paid until the delivery is confirmed, and the customer's code is what confirms it. Because only the customer has the code, entering it is your own proof that you completed the delivery. Neither side can be left short.
