How the Smile Mall marketplace works for customers — from browsing to paying, and confirming that your order arrived.
What is Smile Mall Shop?
Smile Mall is ZB Financial Holdings' online shopping marketplace for Zimbabwe. You can shop on the web storefront, in the mobile app, or through the WhatsApp bot on 263719607159. An order you place on WhatsApp behaves the same as one placed on the website.
How a purchase works, start to finish
The journey is simple: you find an item, place the order, and pay securely through Smile & Pay. The merchant prepares your order and it is delivered to you (or made ready for pickup). Your order is only marked delivered once you confirm you received it with your private code.
The four things you will do
Find what you want
Browse categories or search the storefront, then open a product to read its detail, price, and delivery options.
Check out and pay
Add items to your cart and pay through Smile & Pay using WalletPlus, EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, or a card.
Get your confirmation code
Every order gets a private delivery or pickup code, shown on the order and emailed to you after payment.
Confirm you received it
Read the code to the driver at handover, or give it to the merchant at the counter for a store pickup.

Signing in
Smile Mall uses ZB ID for login and password reset. If you forget your password, use the reset link on the sign-in screen. You can also check out as a guest for some flows, and still receive your order confirmation and code by email.
